an easy very tasty appetizer , ive made this alot over the years for get togethers...........
Ingredients
- 6 - eggs BEATEN shopping list
- 4- 5 bell peppers …….( I USE RED AND GREEN ) shopping list
- salt AND PEPPER TO TASTE, (AND ANY OTHER seasoning YOU WANT TO ADD ) shopping list
- 3/4 - TO 1 POUND PEPPER-JACK cheese..GRATED shopping list
How to make it
- CLEAN PEPPERS AND QUARTER , PAR -BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
- LAYER THE PEPPERS AND GRATED CHEESE IN A BUTTERED 2 QUART- CASSEROLE DISH WHEN READY TO SERVE; BEAT EGGS AND SEASON AS FOR SCRAMBLING , POUR OVER PEPPERS AND CHEESE.
- BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES F..
- SERVE WITH SALSA AND SOUR CREAM……
