An easy way to cook your cake while you are busy doing something else.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/3 C. veggie oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 C. grated carrots
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl by hand.
- Spread batter in greased crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low until firm in middle, about 2 hours.
