Easy but athentic Hollandaise sauce

- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 3 tbl fresh lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together in a small pan the gg yolks and lemon juice.
- Place over VERY low heat.
- Add 1/2 stick butter.
- Stir constantly with wooden spoon.
- When butter is melted add the other 1/2 stick.
- Keep stirring until thickened.
- If it should begine to curdle, remove from heat and add 1 tbl hot water.
- Great on eggs benedict, asparagus or broccoli!
