Foie Gras Mushrooms with Toast

- 1 1/2 cup of mushrooms shopping list
- 4 slices of bread shopping list
- 4 thin slices of foie gras shopping list
- heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- With a little butter, grill the mushrooms in pan.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the heavy cream.
- Toast the bread and top them with slices of foie gras.
- Place them on a nice plate and pour a little bit of the mushroom and heavy cream sauce.
