How to make it

  • With a little butter, grill the mushrooms in pan.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the heavy cream.
  • Toast the bread and top them with slices of foie gras.
  • Place them on a nice plate and pour a little bit of the mushroom and heavy cream sauce.
