Spiral Reuben Dijon Bites

- 1 sheet puff pastry (1/2 package) shopping list
- 1/4 C. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard shopping list
- 6 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 slices deli corned beef (6 ounces) shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 Tbs. caraway seeds shopping list
- Additional Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package directions.
- Roll puff pastry dough to 12 x 10 inch rectangle.
- Spread mustard evenly over dough; top with cheese and corned beef.
- Cut in half crosswise to form 2 (1-x6 inch) rectangles.
- Roll end, jelly-roll fashion; pinch seams to seal.
- You can freeze the rolls and bake later after thawing at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Slice and bake as directed.
- Cut each roll into 16 (1/4 inch thick) slices.
- Place slices, cut side up, on lightly greased baking sheets; brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm with additional mustard.
- Makes 32 appetizers
