Ingredients

2 C self raising flour , sifted

1/3 plus 3/4 C caster sugar

2 eggs

2 tbsp oil and water

Sauce :

Process 250 g fresh/ thawed strawberries and

1/2 C strawberry jam until smooth

Directions

Whisk the eggs , oil , water and 1/3 C sugar until smooth .

Stir in the flour and mix well .

Roll into bals by scooping them in teaspoons and using ur floured hands .

Deep fry until lightly browned .

Roll in sugar and serve hot with cream and the strawberry sauce
