How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 160 deg .
  • Dissolve the water and coconut and stir well .
  • Add to the beaten egg and stir the cream .
  • Strain in a jug .
  • In a roasting tin fill with water until halfway .
  • Pour the dish with custard and cover with foil .
  • Keep in the roasting tin .
  • Cook for 50 mins or until set .
  • Cool and chill overnight .
  • Run a knife around the edge and
  • Turn it on a serving plate .
  • Serve with the fruits on top , sprinkled with coconut OR
  • with whipped cream , fresh fruit of your choice and wafers .
