Easy cheesy appetizer great for any party. easy to double or triple.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise ( not salad dressing)
  • 2 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf of any flavor cocktail bread ( i use pumpernickle and rye)
  • Optional toppings:
  • diced black or green olives
  • diced bell pepper andy color
  • diced cerry tomato

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler
  2. combine mayo and ranch dressing mix in a bowl
  3. add the cheeses and mix well
  4. place cocktail bread slices on a cookie sheet and top eac slice with
  5. about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture
  6. you may top with the optional toppings now or leave the bread as is.
  7. place cookie sheet in the broiler
  8. broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  9. serve warm
