cheesy party appetizers

Easy cheesy appetizer great for any party. easy to double or triple.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mayonnaise ( not salad dressing) shopping list
- 2 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 loaf of any flavor cocktail bread ( i use pumpernickle and rye) shopping list
- Optional toppings: shopping list
- diced black or green olives shopping list
- diced bell pepper andy color shopping list
- diced cerry tomato shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler
- combine mayo and ranch dressing mix in a bowl
- add the cheeses and mix well
- place cocktail bread slices on a cookie sheet and top eac slice with
- about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture
- you may top with the optional toppings now or leave the bread as is.
- place cookie sheet in the broiler
- broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
- serve warm
