Mongolian Beef

- 1 or 2 lbs beef – cut opposite of grain for tenderness shopping list
- green onions shopping list
- 1 Tbs ginger shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- carrot shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- corn starch shopping list
- soy sauce for color shopping list
- pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- Coat meat with egg and cornstarch
- Cook, take out meat when done
- Then add oil if needed and cook veggies, soy sauce, pineapple, salt.
- At end add beef back in and serve.
