Mongolian Beef Recipe
A friend from work who is originally from China taught me how to cook this. It is very tasty!

Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 lbs beef – cut opposite of grain for tenderness
  • Green onions
  • 1 Tbs ginger
  • Garlic
  • Carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • Corn starch
  • Soy sauce for color
  • Pineapple

Directions
  1. Coat meat with egg and cornstarch
  2. Cook, take out meat when done
  3. Then add oil if needed and cook veggies, soy sauce, pineapple, salt.
  4. At end add beef back in and serve.
