Sweet Hot Asian Short Ribs

Grilled short ribs with a nice kick! Got this from the Regis Philbin show in the '70s.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef short ribs, 3/4" thick shopping list
- 2/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (use wheat-free tamari to make these gf) shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil shopping list
- 2 1/2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted, crushed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon peppercorns, Sezchuan style shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate ribs 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. Grill until done over indirect heat.
