This recipe is from ivillage.com. I've made it with fillet of sole before but this time I tried tilapia. It was good but not as good as with fillet of sole. The filet of sole came out crispy on the edges and so flaky on the inside...the tilapia so... More

Tip: try browning in walnut oil and adding butter and all ingredients you listed for more of a brown butter sauce....adds an element of a nutty crisper flavor...but i like your recipe :)

What a great recipe! Simple and fast for everyday and yet I would gladly serve it to guests as well. Have you ever tried Basa fillets? It is a relative of the catfish and is my current favourite I think that it would be good for this recipe too.
