How to make it

  • Put Oreo cookies in food processor, and grind until they are almost powder. Mix in cream cheese and extract until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In the meantime, melt chocolate chips with butter on low heat. Take a small cookie scoop, and make small balls out of the Oreo mixture. Either roll in or pour chocolate over them. Place on wax paper or parchment paper, and put in freezer for an hour.
