Ingredients
  • 2/3 C plain flour , sifted
  • 1/2 C caster sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 egg white , lightly beaten
  • Few drops of vanilla essence

Directions
  1. Grease the biscuits trays , may be 2 .
  2. Add sugar to the flour .
  3. Then butter , egg whites , essence in the middle .
  4. Mix with wooden spoon .
  5. Make a 5 cm circles on baking paper and place on teh trays .
  6. Spread the mixture into these circles with a tiny spoon and bake for 5 mins .
  7. Remove and use a rolling pin and shape it as fast as u can before they become dry and crisp .
  8. You may try any shape you fancy .
  9. Even with topping like chopped nuts, grated zests or chopped citron
