Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C. Quaker Oats Oatmeal
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 C. ketchup
Directions
- Reserve 2 tablespoons ketchup.
- Combine beef, eggs, oats, soup mix and remaining ketchup.
- Shape into a round loaf ,put into crock pot.
- Top with remaining ketchup.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours

Question, how's the easiest way to get the meatloaf out of the crockpot when it's done? I've always wondered about that. :)

I read that you can put a long strip of foil in the crockpot, with the sides hanging out. When the meatloaf is done, just lift the hanging flaps.
