Crock Pot Meatloaf Recipe

How to make it

  • Reserve 2 tablespoons ketchup.
  • Combine beef, eggs, oats, soup mix and remaining ketchup.
  • Shape into a round loaf ,put into crock pot.
  • Top with remaining ketchup.
  • Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours

    I made this today and everyone loved it. Very yummy. Served it with mashed potatoes and garlic/butter corn. Great comfort food. Thanks for the recipe.

    I read that you can put a long strip of foil in the crockpot, with the sides hanging out. When the meatloaf is done, just lift the hanging flaps.

    Question, how's the easiest way to get the meatloaf out of the crockpot when it's done? I've always wondered about that. :)
