How to make it

  • Cook bacon until almost done with medium high heat.
  • Add onion and continue cooking until bacon is done and onion is wilted.
  • Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to your descretion and cook at medium heat; stir occasionally
  • In a separate medium pot, bring 1 1/2 qiart of water with salt to a boil.
  • Add vermicelli and cook 6 minutes.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Add the onion and tomato sauce to pasta and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
