Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 (2.1 oz) pkgs. frozen mini phyllo pastry shells, thawed
  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix into cream cheese 1/2 cup powdered sugar, lime zest and lime juice.
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into mini shells.
  4. Let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  5. Top each shell with one rasberry and dust with powdered sugar right before serving.
