Lime Raspberry Tartlets

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime zest shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 (2.1 oz) pkgs. frozen mini phyllo pastry shells, thawed shopping list
- 28 fresh raspberries shopping list
- powdered sugar for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Mix into cream cheese 1/2 cup powdered sugar, lime zest and lime juice.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into mini shells.
- Let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Top each shell with one rasberry and dust with powdered sugar right before serving.

Terrific! I saw some tartlet shells at the store the other day made of dark chocolate - they would be good too!
