Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Mix into cream cheese 1/2 cup powdered sugar, lime zest and lime juice.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture into mini shells.
  • Let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Top each shell with one rasberry and dust with powdered sugar right before serving.
