How to make it

  • Cut out the cavity of the cabbage until a hole 2-3 inched is formed.
  • Pack cavity with bouillon cubes and butter.
  • Wrap Cabbage in heavy duty foil except for the top.
  • Add butter as needed and cook for 4-5 hours at 225 degrees.

    What do you know, I was told to go smoke my cabbage (I thought it was a vague reference to corned beef and cabbage that was being made at my expense) and here is the greatest yet. I am going to try this as I have the smoker running for the next day or two.
