How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients ( except Comstock pie filling) For 20 minutes.
  • Butter and flour spring pan.
  • Pour ingredients into spring pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour.
  • Take out of oven and leave on counter for 2 hours.
  • Top with pie filling and refrigerate overnight.

    There is no crust on this cheesecake. The butter and floured pan help the cheesecake to not stick to the pan. It is so delicious it does not need a crust!
