Delicious and smoothe texture make this a cheesecake to please all! A co-worker makes this for me for my birthday and not a crumb is left! I am glad to have this recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 extra large eggs shopping list
- 4 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 4 tbls. melted butter shopping list
- 3 tbls. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbls. vanilla shopping list
- 1 can Comstock cherries of blueberry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients ( except Comstock pie filling) For 20 minutes.
- Butter and flour spring pan.
- Pour ingredients into spring pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour.
- Take out of oven and leave on counter for 2 hours.
- Top with pie filling and refrigerate overnight.
