How to make it

  • butterfly the shrimp and gently flatten with fingers. Lay them in a cake pan backside down. Evenly coat the shrimp with the lemon juice by using the back end of a spoon. Sprinkle with pepper. Grate the garlic and spread over the shrimp. Use your fingers to spread the butter evenly over shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika. Then apply the bread crumbs over each shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for around 10 minutes. Remove shrimp from cake pan and toss cooked angel hair pasta in cake pan to absorb all juices. Serve in equal portions and lay shrimp over bed of pasta.
