Yummy Cream Cheese Pin Wheels Recipe

these things are delicious. a coworker of mine made them and they were good, a friend made them better and then i added the green olives.

Ingredients
- large flour tortillas (burrito sized)
- room temperature light cream cheese
- chopped green olives
- chopped black onions
- chopped super ripe fresh tomatoes (seeded)
- chopped green chilis (seeded if you don't like the heat, and freshly roasted if you can get them)
Directions
- spread cream cheese in a thin layer on top of tortilla
- top lightly with some of the green olives, black olives, green chilis and tomatoes
- roll tightly
- slice about 1/2 inch thick
- chill and serve

These go like crazy at a party too! I made sandwiches and these pinwheels at my mother-in-law's 70 birthday. Everyone ate the wraps and the sandwiches were left over!
