Yummy Cream Cheese Pin Wheels Recipe

these things are delicious. a coworker of mine made them and they were good, a friend made them better and then i added the green olives.

large flour tortillas (burrito sized) shopping list
room temperature light cream cheese shopping list
chopped green olives shopping list
chopped black onions shopping list
chopped super ripe fresh tomatoes (seeded) shopping list
chopped green chilis (seeded if you don't like the heat, and freshly roasted if you can get them) shopping list

spread cream cheese in a thin layer on top of tortilla
top lightly with some of the green olives, black olives, green chilis and tomatoes
roll tightly
slice about 1/2 inch thick
chill and serve
