Ingredients
  • ½ cup of margarine
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ===================================
  • Filling
  • ¾ cup of butter
  • ½ jar of marshmallow
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 2/3 cups of confectioners’ sugar

Directions
  1. Drop by teaspoon full on cookie sheet (un-greased).
  2. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
  3. Cream the fillings together.
  4. Bake 7-8 minutes at 425 degrees.
