Banana Split Cake Recipe

This cake reminds everyone of eating a banana split sundae but no ice cream.
Everyone will ask for the recipe, they do with me!!

Ingredients
- First Layer:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
- Second Layer:
- 2 stick softened butter
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 eggs
- Third Layer:
- 3-4 sliced bananas
- Fourth Layer:
- sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 (20 oz) can WELL DRAINED crushed pineapple
- Fifth Layer:
- coconut
- Chopped Walnuts
- Cool Whip
- sliced Marashino (Drained) cherries
Directions
- First Layer:
- Combine all ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan
- Second Layer:
- Beat all ingredients for a FULL 15 minutes at medium high sped
- When done, spread over graham cracker crust in pan
- Third Layer:
- Add sliced bananas over 2nd layer. Can add more bananas if you like
- Fourth Layer:
- Add sliced strawberries over bananas and top with crushed pineapple
- Fifth Layer:
- Spread Cool Whip over strawberry/pineapple layer and top with walnuts
- , coconut, and cherries
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours to chill and set.
- Yummy and enjoy!!!

I made this for the family and they loved it. It was great to make something this yummy and no baking in this hot weather.
