How to make it

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add butter
  • Cook garlic and basil in oil mixture for about 30 seconds, and then add scallops.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon over the scallops. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • That's it.. serve with crusty bread.. or on pasta...
  • It does not get any easier!
  • Fast and sooooooooooooo good..
