Ingredients
  • 1 bag Chow Mein Noodles - 12 oz
  • 1 bag Butterscotch morsels
  • 1 can unsalted peanuts - 5 oz

Directions
  1. Melt morsels in a double boiler (if you dont have one, just use a large metal mixing bowl on top of a typical pot of boiling water)
  2. Stir regularly
  3. When all morsels are melted and creamy, IMMEDIATELY remove from heat and add noodle and peanuts
  4. QUICKLY alternate adding noodles and peanuts, adding 1/4 of each at a time
  5. Stir carefully so as to not break noodles to much, yet all ingriedents are evenly covered in butterscotch
  6. Spoon heaping globs onto wax paper to cool
  7. Notice how the small globs resemble little farming haystacks in a field of golden whey....
  8. Enjoy when hardend!
