GRAPE SALAD

A cool creamy grape dish, good on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 C. (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 pds seedless green grapes shopping list
- 2 pds seedless red grapes shopping list
- 3 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbs. chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.
- Add grapes and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
