How to make it

  • Bring salted water to boil and add noodles.
  • Mince garlic in food processor.
  • Add goat cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper and 1/2 of spinach leaves.
  • Blend until creamy and set aside.
  • Put spinach leaves on inside of bowl.
  • Drain pasta and reserve 1 cup.
  • Toss pasta to coat with sauce and add H20 as needed.
  • Transfer to dish with spread spinach to serve.
