Chicken Baked In White Wine Marinade Recipe
Baking the chicken with the marinade infuses it with more flavor. Bone-in ,skin-on chicken breasts stay moist and succulent.

Ingredients
  • 1c dry white wine
  • 1c vertically sliced onion
  • 1tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 4(8 oz.) bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 2 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 bay leaf 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp fresh ground pepper

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-loc bag;seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or up to 24 hours,turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Place the chicken,skin side up, in a 11x7" baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and bake at 375 for 20 mins. Uncover and bake an additional 40 mins. or till done.
  4. Transfer chicken to a platter. Discard skin,bayleaf and marinade.. Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper.
