Cool easy side for hot days. Go back to the 60s with lettuce wedges with dressing. From an old Betty Crocker cookbook.

Ingredients
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and cut in 4 wedges
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Mix together chopped cucumber, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt.
  2. Place lettuce wedges on serving plates and top with dressing.
