How to make it

  • Add wood betony and lavender/rosemary to the pan of boiling water.
  • Cover.
  • Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and pour into a cup and drink with honey or sugar cubes to taste.

    Wood betony sounds fantastic, I'll have to try that out. I have migraines often, and usually drink some mint and chamomile tea for them...

    I wish that I had some now. Quick question-I assume that wood betony is a herb, can you buy it at a health food store or does it have to be special ordered from somewhere?
