Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dried wood betony
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender or rosemary
  • 8 oz of boiling water in a pan
  • honey or sugar cubes

Directions
  1. Add wood betony and lavender/rosemary to the pan of boiling water.
  2. Cover.
  3. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and pour into a cup and drink with honey or sugar cubes to taste.

I wish that I had some now. Quick question-I assume that wood betony is a herb, can you buy it at a health food store or does it have to be special ordered from somewhere?

Wood betony sounds fantastic, I'll have to try that out. I have migraines often, and usually drink some mint and chamomile tea for them...
