How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
  • 3T Serving without salt = 25 calories, 1 mg sodium o cholesterol, 1 gm carbohydrates, 2 gm protein, 2 gm fat
  • Diabetic Exchange: 1/2 fat...Unless you leave out the oil!
