Ingredients

How to make it

  • place oil and butter in skillet
  • heat skillet to med-hot
  • dip in flour
  • then in a mix of next 5 ingreditns
  • then in potato chips
  • fry no more than 1 minute
  • turn fry 1 more minute
  • That's it! Serve and enjoy.

    Mmmm blue gill! I remember these from my childhood. My brother and cousins used to catch blue gill every summer. We just used flour and salt and pepper. The addition of the cheese and potato chips sound great! Thanks for the memory nudge!
