Mmmm blue gill! I remember these from my childhood. My brother and cousins used to catch blue gill every summer. We just used flour and salt and pepper. The addition of the cheese and potato chips sound great! Thanks for the memory nudge!

One thing I miss from Michigan.. the blue gills. This I will have to try on the whiting or sand trout we catch at the beach.. But I do miss the gills! Great recipe...
