Beauteous Blue Gills from Bull Shoals Lake

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 eggs or 2 egg whites and 1 yold\ shopping list
- s/p shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- chopped or grated conion shopping list
- 2 cups potato chips in blender till size of panko bread crumbs shopping list
- oil, butter or lard shopping list
- 8 blue gills fillets shopping list
How to make it
- place oil and butter in skillet
- heat skillet to med-hot
- dip in flour
- then in a mix of next 5 ingreditns
- then in potato chips
- fry no more than 1 minute
- turn fry 1 more minute
- That's it! Serve and enjoy.

Mmmm blue gill! I remember these from my childhood. My brother and cousins used to catch blue gill every summer. We just used flour and salt and pepper. The addition of the cheese and potato chips sound great! Thanks for the memory nudge!
