best mushrooms ever

- about 4 cups of mushrooms shopping list
- a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar shopping list
- a tablespoon of olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- slice mushrooms into quarters
- crush garlic
- add mushrooms, garlic and olive oil to sauce pan
- fry on low heat till the juices start coming out of mushrooms
- when they juices are in the pan add equal parts of balsamic vinegar the muchroom liquid
- add pepper to taste
- cover and simmer till the mushrooms absorb most of the liquid back in
- should take about 15-20 minutes
- eat!
