Ingredients

How to make it

  • slice mushrooms into quarters
  • crush garlic
  • add mushrooms, garlic and olive oil to sauce pan
  • fry on low heat till the juices start coming out of mushrooms
  • when they juices are in the pan add equal parts of balsamic vinegar the muchroom liquid
  • add pepper to taste
  • cover and simmer till the mushrooms absorb most of the liquid back in
  • should take about 15-20 minutes
  • eat!

    you are right..I have tried these and they are awesome, the only thing that I did different was add a couple dashes of Leah and perrins...wow...it really kicks up the flavor big time...try it and see if you like it that way too.
