this is the best mushroom dish i have ever had

Ingredients
- about 4 cups of mushrooms
- a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- a tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- slice mushrooms into quarters
- crush garlic
- add mushrooms, garlic and olive oil to sauce pan
- fry on low heat till the juices start coming out of mushrooms
- when they juices are in the pan add equal parts of balsamic vinegar the muchroom liquid
- add pepper to taste
- cover and simmer till the mushrooms absorb most of the liquid back in
- should take about 15-20 minutes
- eat!

You are right..I have tried these and they are awesome, the only thing that I did different was add a couple dashes of Leah and perrins...wow...it really kicks up the flavor big time...try it and see if you like it that way too.
