How to make it

  • In a soup pan add the olive oil and on a medium heat saute the onion for 3 minutes. Add the tilapia fillet and garlic and saute and break apart the filet as it gets cooked. This should take around 3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, oregano,chilli flakes and simmer for around 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add the shrimp stock and reduce by 1/4 ( simmer around 10 minutes) add the remaining ingredients and cook a further 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. Serve over pasta

    Brilliant - my type of thing.
    Over here we have something similar (basically without the oregano), and we serve it over fish.
