How to make it

  • Trim crusts form bread then press slices into muffin pan cups brushing with butter.
  • Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes.
  • Beat eggs until fluffy then add salt, pepper, cream and bacon then pour in greased skillet. Cook over low heat until set lifting occasionally with spatula.
  • Spoon onto toast cups then serve immediately garnished with additional bacon.
