Eggs in Buttercups

- 12 slices fresh bread shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Fried bits of bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Trim crusts form bread then press slices into muffin pan cups brushing with butter.
- Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes.
- Beat eggs until fluffy then add salt, pepper, cream and bacon then pour in greased skillet. Cook over low heat until set lifting occasionally with spatula.
- Spoon onto toast cups then serve immediately garnished with additional bacon.
