Brunswick Stew

- 1lb. Chicken Breast- Grilled/ Chopped shopping list
- 1lb. Smoked Pulled pork shopping list
- 1lb Smoked beef Sausage- Grilled shopping list
- 1-28oz. can of crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1- 29oz. can of Whole Kernel Canned Corn- Drained shopping list
- 2- 10oz. cans of rotel Original diced tomatoes w/ green chilies shopping list
- 2 large vidalia onions-Diced shopping list
- 1 Green Pepper- Diced shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- Approx. ½ tsp. of the following: shopping list
- thyme, oregano, ground cumin, ground mustard, cayenne pepper, paprika, Crushed red pepper, & chili powder shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 32oz. of chicken stock shopping list
- 1-¼ cup of liquid smoke shopping list
- 1- ¼ cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs. of Texas Pete shopping list
- Grill chicken and sausage on a grill pan, reserve juice for the stew. I usually add all of the above ingredients with exception of the pulled pork. My pork will be smoking and I will add the pork before serving. Cook on low approx. 6 hrs. in a Crock-Pot. If using a Dutch oven, heat to boil then simmer for at least 2 hrs. shopping list
