Ingredients

1lb. Chicken Breast- Grilled/ Chopped

1lb. Smoked Pulled Pork

1lb Smoked Beef Sausage- Grilled

1-28oz. can of Crushed Tomatoes

1- 29oz. can of Whole Kernel Canned Corn- Drained

2- 10oz. cans of Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies

2 large Vidalia Onions-Diced

1 Green Pepper- Diced

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

Approx. ½ tsp. of the following:

Thyme, Oregano, Ground Cumin, Ground Mustard, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Crushed Red Pepper, & Chili Powder

2 Bay Leaves

32oz. of Chicken Stock

1-¼ cup of Liquid Smoke

1- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 tbs. of Texas Pete

Grill Chicken and Sausage on a grill pan, reserve juice for the stew. I usually add all of the above ingredients with exception of the pulled pork. My pork will be smoking and I will add the pork before serving. Cook on low approx. 6 hrs. in a Crock-Pot. If using a Dutch oven, heat to boil then simmer for at least 2 hrs.

Wonderful recipe, I left out the pork (we don't eat it) and added 1 bottle of ketchup for sweetness, as well as some white bread (4 pieces) for thickening.
