A spicy, zesty Texas spin on a Southern style dish. I taught my duaghter and nephew how to prepare this dish and they absolutely LOVED it! The results were fantastic!

Wonderful recipe, I left out the pork (we don't eat it) and added 1 bottle of ketchup for sweetness, as well as some white bread (4 pieces) for thickening.
