Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente. Save 2 cups of the cooking water to the side and drain the pasta.
  • Cook garlic in olive oil until just golden. Toss the oil, garlic and parsley with the hot pasta. Gradually add the pasta cooking water to create a sauce.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

I like that you use a little worchestershire sauce. I love the taste and look forward to seeing how well it goes with pasta. I bet it's delicious! I too am a pasta lover. (I don't need any more recipes, but can't seem to pass on yours. They sound so good and I love to cook different foods.)
