A zesty dip made with old stand-bys...PORK and BEANS and process cheese spead(Velveeta). If you like these you will luv this dip. Got off Allens pork and beans label.I like crumble cooked bacon on it and I tone down heat alittle.

Ingredients
  • 1 -16 oz. can of pork and beans,drained
  • 8 oz. of process cheese spread (Velveeta), cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
  • Corn chips

Directions
  1. Combine pork and beans, cheese, Worchershire, and horseradish in medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over med. heat 8-10 minutes until cheese melts, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place 1/2 of bean mixture in blender, cutting it on and off just to coarsely chop beans.Place in serving bowl and do the same with remaining bean mixture.(If you dont want to mess up blender -just use a fork and coarsely mash mixture)
  5. Add onions and chillies (cooked crumble bacon if you want).Stir to blend,serve warm with chips.
