Crabcakes

- 1 lb crab meat shopping list
- 1-2 cups of panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 TBS mayo shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 TBS frshly grated ginger shopping list
- 4 chopped scallion including green parts shopping list
- 3 TBS peanut oil shopping list
- 1 tsp wasabi shopping list
- 3 TBS tamari shopping list
- 1 thai or serrano chilli finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the wasabi,tamari,sugar and chili in a bowl and set aside ( dipping sauce)
- Put the crab in a large bowl and combine the sesame oil, mayo, ginger and scallions and gently mix. Add the panko a little at a time until the mixture is firm enough to form into patties but not to firm. Refridgerate for 30 minutes then form 3/4 thick patties and fry in peanut oil.
