How to make it

  • Mix the wasabi,tamari,sugar and chili in a bowl and set aside ( dipping sauce)
  • Put the crab in a large bowl and combine the sesame oil, mayo, ginger and scallions and gently mix. Add the panko a little at a time until the mixture is firm enough to form into patties but not to firm. Refridgerate for 30 minutes then form 3/4 thick patties and fry in peanut oil.
