How to make it

  • Place pork in single layer on bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Place slices of onion over top of pork
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir until thoroughly mixed
  • Carefully pour over the pork and onions to cover them (If your pork is thicker, you may need to make more "sauce" to cover them)
  • Place in a 350 degree oven
  • Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours (time depends on the thickness of the pork)
  • Periodically, spoon liquid over the pork to keep the onions moist.

    Some of the basic ingredients in bbq sauce ... sounds great. I love lots of onions. Thanks for the post.
