Creole Pork Chops

- 8 pork chops or pork loin (1/2 inch thick) shopping list
- several small onions, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup catsup shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork in single layer on bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Place slices of onion over top of pork
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir until thoroughly mixed
- Carefully pour over the pork and onions to cover them (If your pork is thicker, you may need to make more "sauce" to cover them)
- Place in a 350 degree oven
- Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours (time depends on the thickness of the pork)
- Periodically, spoon liquid over the pork to keep the onions moist.
