This dish was one of my dads favorites, he especially liked to eat this while watching John Wayne movies. It is really easy to make and pretty darn tasty I must admit.

Ingredients
  • 3 lb. of Round Steak - tenderized at the butchers
  • 1 pkg. Stove - Top Stuffing

Directions
  1. Prepare Stove Top Stuffing as per box directions - haha :)
  2. Your round steak should be really large if it was tenderized right. Spread the prepared stove top stuffing evenly over the steak.
  3. Start on one end and roll your steak up into a loaf.
  4. Tie it off with bakers string and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. SIMPLE AND GOOD !! Perfect for Sunday football , movie nights, or just anytime you want quick and good.
  6. Dad always managed to eat the WHOLE thing hence me putting 2 servings. IF I were lucky I got a lil bit.
  7. Just another fond memory of dad.
