Ingredients
  • 1-2 cups watermelon, cut in chunks
  • ~100g (3-4 oz) of Bulgarit cheese, cubed
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Black olives - oil cured (totally optional)
  • Fresh mint - optional
  • I was figuring twice as much watermelon as cheese. If you want more of one or the other, go for it.

Directions
  1. Combine the ingredients or place them side by side on a plate or in separate bowls with toothpicks
  2. Garnish at will with pepper, olives, mint. -- or don't!
