How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In small skillet, cook green onions and mushrooms in butter until tender
  • Mix together the cream corn, drained corn, cream cheese, and mushroom mixture in casserole dish
  • Stir in swiss cheese, salt and pepper
  • Top with bread crumbs
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown
