Corn And Mushroom Bake

- 1 can cream style corn shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced or shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In small skillet, cook green onions and mushrooms in butter until tender
- Mix together the cream corn, drained corn, cream cheese, and mushroom mixture in casserole dish
- Stir in swiss cheese, salt and pepper
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown
