Noodle Pudding

- 16 oz. egg noodles cooked according to package directions and drained. shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted and divided shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half shopping list
- teaspoon salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Place pasta in casserole dish.
- Add cream cheese, 1/2 of the butter, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheese.
- Mixed cracker crumbs with the remaining 1/2 of the butter and parsley flakes and sprinkle of noodles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
