Ingredients
  • 16 oz. egg noodles cooked according to package directions and drained.
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, melted and divided
  • 1/2 cup milk or half and half
  • teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup crushed RItz crackers

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. Place pasta in casserole dish.
  4. Add cream cheese, 1/2 of the butter, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in cheese.
  6. Mixed cracker crumbs with the remaining 1/2 of the butter and parsley flakes and sprinkle of noodles.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
