Delicious and quick muffins made with your favorite flavor ice cream. Two ingredients you should have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup any flavor ice cream - softened
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Directions
  1. Mix softened ice cream with flour.
  2. Grease 6 - 8 muffin pans
  3. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes
