Ingredients

1 medium carton Cool-Whip

1 package ( 3 oz. ) orange jell-o

1 smal carton cottage cheese

1 can mandarin orange slices ( drained )

Directions

Mix together all ingredients and place in your jell-o mold

Delicious as a salad or dessert

I made this yesterday. I forgot to pick up orange jello, and all I had was pina colada jello, so I used that. It was okay, but when your taste buds are looking forward to something closer to a dream bar, it just didn't seem right. Maybe if I had used pineapple instead of the oranges...... Then that got me thinking.... strawberry jello and strawberries, raspberry jello and raspberries... peach jello and blueberries.....the variations are endless!!
