This sauce is a California Boy's version of Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce. NC Natives LOVE IT!!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Teaspoons Ground Sea Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3Tablespoons + 3 Teaspoons Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Real Salted Butter (Paula Deen would love it)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard

Directions
  1. Pour Vinegar into a Saucepan
  2. Add Butter
  3. Apply Medium High Heat
  4. Once Butter has melted, add dry ingredients
  5. When near boiling, simmer until ready to serve
