Cornbread Casserole

- 8x8 or 9 x 13 pan of cooked cornbread ( from fav recipe) shopping list
- 8 oz of cream cheese ( for 8x8) 16 oz for 9x13 shopping list
- bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 32 oz shredded cheese shopping list
- onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups bacon shopping list
- optional canned red beans, fully drained shopping list
How to make it
- When corn bread has cooled enough to touch add chopped bell pepper, onion and optional beans. Spread cream cheese over top. Finish with shredded cheese and bacon.
- This can be used for a snack, meal or side dish
