Ingredients
  • Organic Green and Black dark chocolate 3 bars melted
  • Organic Green and Black White chocolate 1 bar melted
  • Organic Green and Black Milk chocolate 1 bar melted
  • Organic Strawberries cut in half about 6
  • Organic banana cut in quarters
  • Organic Agave Nector 4 tablespoons
  • Whipped cream
  • Parchment paper
  • Mint leaves

Directions
  1. CHOCOLATE LEAVES
  2. First, select some leaves from your favorite plants.
  3. Next lay down a sheet of parchment and trace the leaves
  4. Next cutout out the leave shapes
  5. Next, melt the Organic Dark Chocolate
  6. Next, pain the leaves and place them onto inverted bowls
  7. Then put them in the freezer for 10minutes.
  8. Paint them again and refreeze them.
  9. Repeat this process until you have a thick leaf.
  10. You want it extra thick so they will support your sundae.
  11. Carefully remove the parchment paper from the leaves, set aside.
  12. Form several small leaves into a bowl shape or use one large leaf.
  13. The dark chocolate is bitter so what you could do to add interest is.
  14. after you remove the parchment paper drizzle some melted white chocolate to resemble a variegated leaf and ad some sweetness.
  15. THE ICE CREAM:
  16. I used Green and black Organic Vanilla.
  17. Empty two cartons of the Vanilla ice cream into a bowl
  18. Chop the organic wall nuts and add the Organic maple syrup to the Ice cream.
  19. Gently fold the ingredients together.
  20. Pack the ice cream back into the cartons and place into the freezer for 3 hours.
  21. MAKING THE SUNDAE:
  22. Take the large leaf or the leaf cluster and put it onto a clean plate.
  23. Add a scoop of the maple walnut ice cream and arrange a banana half on either side of the ice cream.
  24. Add some mint leaves dipped in chocolate drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with dollops of raspberry jam sauce.
  25. Add just a little whipped cream, some sprinkles, and a cherry.
  26. Light the Fireworks put on some festive music and enjoy.
