  • in a saucepan melt the butter and choclate over low heat till niceley melted. remove from stove and add all the indgrendts and give it a good mix up. and then poor in to a medium sized dish lined with the magical baking paper. bake at 180oc now the best way to eat this brownie is defentlly undercooked so its soft not hard and crunchy but its personal prefence u choose. i bake mine 15- 18 mins .. please enjoy

    Just made them - very yummy! Had to substitute the walnuts for peacans (All I had in!) and added a bit of cocoa powder instead of a bit of the flour, just to make it more chocolatey. But very nice!

    175g butter = 12 T (1-1/2 sticks),
    250g = 8oz chocolate.
    We're on a diet right now, so I'm saving this recipe for later. Looks great!
