Bacon And Cheese Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 cups pancake or biscuit mix shopping list
- 6-8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg, add milk, sour cream and butter.
- Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese.
- Bake in preheated waffle iron.
- Yield: 12 (4-inch square) waffles.

I think its the south where they do waffles and fried chicken....maybe its Haarlem in NY...anyway, wouldn't these be the perfect waffles with fried chicken?! Yes they would. Or just with maple syrup.
